Hi, Judy! I can quite relate. I've always wanted to establish a wind down routine so I can easily fall asleep but I often fall to the temptation of Netflix or doom-scrolling. I immediately regret it in the morning when I wake up just 5 minutes before I have to go to work😅

How about you? Have you found a way to get better sleep? :)
