I agree. I deleted Netflix on my phone and iPad to create some sort of friction to help me feel lazy about watching.
I noticed that the more I watch Netflix, the more I feel guilty. And the more I feel guilty, the more I binge and the cycle goes on and on.
Cutting back on screentime helps me focus. Thanks for the reminder, Carey!
I guess I'll have to watch Downton Abbey some other time haha ;)
